In May of 2009, before we established our firm, we each asked ourselves a basic question: if I were harmed physically, financially, or emotionally, sued by another person, or arrested and then charged with a crime, what type of lawyer would I want to represent me? We then agreed upon the following answers:

Sometimes that means going to trial – and we are always readyand prepared to do so. Other times, however, that means exploring alternatives to avoid litigation. We have, collectively, conducted over 150 jury trials, litigated over 200 appeals, and represented clients at over 100 mediations and settlement conferences.
In the civil law context, we have litigated cases with millions of dollars at stake, hundreds of dollars at stake, and everything in between.
In the criminal law context, we have litigated everything from major felonies to misdemeanor DUI’s.
